What this site collects
Only what you type into a form on this site: your name, phone number, optional email address, and the details you choose to share about a vehicle, trade-in or visit. That information is used to respond to your request.
What this site never asks for
Social Security numbers, dates of birth, driver’s license numbers, and bank or card details are never requested through this website. Credit applications are handled exclusively by Hallmark Hyundai Birmingham’s secure finance systems. If any page here ever asks you for those, do not provide them.
Contact consent and messaging
Submitting a form asks Christian Smith to contact you by phone, text or email about your request. Message and data rates may apply to text messages. You can ask to stop being contacted at any time by replying STOP to a text or telling Christian directly.
Measurement
Interaction counts — such as how often the call button is used or a form is started — may be measured to understand which parts of the site help people. This measurement is built to exclude names, phone numbers, email addresses, message contents and vehicle identifiers.
