Financing

No credit promises. Just clear explanations.

Nobody at a website can approve you or promise a rate. What Christian can do is make sure you understand the numbers before you sign anything.

The four levers

What actually changes your monthly payment

  • Amount financed

The vehicle price, plus tax and fees, minus your down payment and trade equity. This is the number with the biggest effect on your payment.

  • Term length

A longer term lowers the monthly payment and raises the total interest you pay. Shorter terms cost more each month and less overall.

  • Annual percentage rate

Set by the lender based on credit history, the vehicle, and the term — not by Christian and not by this website.

  • Down payment and equity

Cash down or positive trade equity reduces what you finance immediately, which is the most direct way to lower a payment.

Financing is provided by third-party lenders through Hallmark Hyundai Birmingham’s finance office, subject to credit approval. Nothing on this page is an offer of credit, a rate quote or a guarantee of approval. Terms, rates and eligibility are determined solely by the lender.

The difference people ask about

Pre-qualification vs pre-approval

Pre-qualification
A lighter first look using limited information. It gives you a general sense of what you may be eligible for. It is not a commitment from any lender.
Pre-approval
A lender decision based on a full application with verified income and identity. It’s firmer, and it usually involves a full credit check.
Where it happens
Both are handled by the dealership’s finance office through its secure systems. Never submit a Social Security number, date of birth or bank details through this website or by text.

Start a secure application

Credit applications belong in the dealership’s secure system, never in a form on this site.

In the meantime, call or text Christian at (205) 413-6562 and he’ll walk you through the right next step for your situation.

What you won't hear here

Things this site will never claim

If you've seen these phrases elsewhere, treat them as a warning sign.

  • “Guaranteed approval” — no dealer can guarantee a lender's decision.
  • “Everyone drives today” — approval depends on credit, income and the vehicle.
  • “No credit check financing” — lenders check credit; anything else isn't financing.
  • A specific payment or rate before a lender has reviewed a real application.
